Pampering families
SuperMamans is a Swiss network of volunteers who provide timely support to all families who need it. We offer emotional and logistical support by providing a home-cooked meal and some time for a chat.
Our services are open to all.
Pampering
The pampering support provided by SuperMamans helps families at different times:
Classic pampering
For mums who’ve just given birth and their families, up to 6 months after their return home.
Pre-pampering
Starting at 24 weeks of pregnancy, when a future mum is faced with the risk of premature labour and she’s on strict bed rest (doctor’s orders).
Supportive pampering
During the infant’s first year, when a mum is going through postpartum depression, perinatal bereavement or any other traumatic event.
Caregiver pampering
When a family is affected by a traumatic event (illness or accident) experienced by a member of the household and needs temporary support.
